DUNNAGE AIRBAGS AND ACCESSORIES
AAR certified products to secure the cargo in containers, trailers, railway wagons.
The dunnage air bags (airbags) secure the cargo during transport by preventing uncontrolled movements and absorbing impacts. The airbags are inserted into the gaps between the cargo and then filled with compressed air. The fast-inflating valves (Venturi effect) speed up the operation and do not waste compressed air.
- Wide range of airbag sizes.
- Wide range of inflator tools.

BasicsThe basic construction of any dunnage air bag is the combination of two major parts:
• the IN-LINER which holds the compressed air.
• the OUT LINER which gives the shape, the stability and the enormous strength to the dunnage air bag. The strength depends on the material thickness.
MaterialAll our dunnage air bags in-liner are made of a special extruded polyethylene which guarantees perfect tightness even under pressure. Out-liner is made of PP woven polypropylene material in different thickness (levels). They are damp and water-proof and produced from raw material recyclable 100%.
LevelLevel is the airbag classification in terms of quality (strength).
Association of American Railroads (AAR)AAR approval confirms the high quality of the product.
Fast filling valve (Venturi)Fast filling valves, compared to the traditional valves, manage a huge amount of air: airbags are filled up much faster, no compressed air is not wasted. (Compared to the standard valves, dunnage airbags are filled faster than 30 – 40%). They also provide repetitive use of the airbag thanks to the ease of deflation.
Filling PressureAccording to the European standard, the safety factor is 3. (Nominal burst pressure / Filling pressure).
Average working pressure will not exceed 0,05 bar.
