COBRA® anti-slip pads are suitable as auxiliaries for load securing of all cargo.Anti-slip mats can be re-used many times until they reach the replacement state of wear.
The cavity proportion absorbs impurities and moisture off the loading area und thus prevents a decrease of the coefficient of sliding friction. Can be easily cut with a shear or a carpet cutter.
The special high-density compound resistant up to 630 ton/sqm is ideal for very heavy loads (machinery, large steel products such as jumbo coils).

Sheet 15 of VDI 2700 defines the requirements for anti-slip mats: “an anti-slip mat is of sufficient quality and strength if a tensile strength of at least 0,6 Newtons per square millimeter (N/mm2) is achieved and the elongation at break is at least 60%”.Severe tests carried out by Fraunhofer Institute to determine the value of the friction coefficient (μ) ascertain COBRA® anti-slip pads totally satisfy the German Directive VDI 2700.*
